Mike and I got preapproved for a home loan and have started the search with our realtor. We met our realtor at church and we get along great! He is great to work with. Tonight we went out and saw NINE different houses. One stood out FAR above the rest. It just might be our new home... I'll admit, I'm terrified of making that big step! But it is what is right for us and it's the right time, so we're going for it. This home is gorgeous and really is a dream come true. It even has a HUGE jetted tub that I never thought I would see in houses in our price range :) The yard is large and gorgeous. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and the rooms are really big. It has a 4 car garage, it's fully fenced, and it has a perfect space downstairs for a preschool. Its fireplace is amazingly beautiful and kitchen is relatively nice! Of course it still could use some improvements. All of the houses we're looking at do. But it is just in need of some new carpet and a window is cracked. The carpet isn't ruined, just worn. It sounds perfect for us and our needs. I hope that we can find ourselves in this dream home (or another one equally as perfect) very soon!!!
